		<description>Thanks for your post. I never tried finishing the baking by turning the halves upright. Trying it right now! I like your idea to slice it up and have it ready for healthy snacks and to stave off hunger pangs while cooking dinner. I like to toss cubes if it with quinoa and season with a little olive oil and ume plum vInegar. I top it with roasted seeds for a little crunch. One of my favorite winter breakfasts! But it also makes a great lunch or dinner with a green vegetable.</description>
