tiny breakfast

This morning I started out with a half portion of steel cut oats (about 1/6 cup) with a bit of almond butter and soy milk. I have really intense hot yoga at 12:30 and I want to be sure I’m good and digested before attempting it. The tea is peppermint which is an invigorating tea and really works well in the morning.

Today I have an exciting afternoon of laundry planned. Not kidding! I am a little excited about just getting it done. It’s finally not raining or snowing and if I time things right I bet I can finished it before it gets dark.

Though I don’t have any set plans tonight I am feeling it might be a lot of fun to head into the city and explore a little. I heard something about a jazz festival?? I could definitely get down with that.
