Such a beautiful, fun filled, action packed Saturday in the city!
The day started with a Broadway play (Carrie Fisher’s Wishful Drinking – amazing!) and then all kinds of interesting evening stuff. From an art opening in the LES to my very first experience with Kimchee (bottom center):

All in all it was a wonderful, and delightfully unseasonably warm day.
On the agenda this week – contact lenses. Why? So I can go snowboarding of course! I haven’t been in around 2 years and I can’t wait to get back on the slopes! I am planning what looks to be a pretty amnazing vacation around it all as well, so it should a great respite from city living as well as an opportunity to do something pretty uniqually physical and invigorating.
Today is looking to be an equally packed day but I filled up this morning on a baked sweet potato with some veggie baked beans. That should keep me nice and full until dinner tonight with Mom and Dad. Can’t wait!
